This weekend Reid Coolsaet ran 2:11:23 at the Scotiabank Marathon in Toronto……6 seconds under the Canadian standard for the Olympics in 2012.  Alot of years went into that……pretty dam impressive.  Another speed river runner Eric Gillis was close behind in 2:12:07…..not too shabby either!
