Ostrich Farm
I’ve never been to one. Haven’t been to many farms in my life in general. An Ostrich farm would be interesting though. Ostrich meat is very good for you. It’s pricey but it’s good meat. Emu oil is also a good oil.

Dubai/Saudi

Hmmm…must try. There is a vendor in the Kingston market who sells ostrich meat. But I probably won’t see him until next summer.
Mike introduced me to Biston meat a couple years ago…lean…but yummy.

When Mike does K-Town he always has his Mom do Bison Burgers for the after race BBQ.
There’s an ostrich farm between Fauquier and Lumby. Saw it myself the other day! Crazy!
