A good way to shake the cobwebs off for next weekend in South Africa. Super fun to race on the Abu Dhabi Formula 1 track. The flight attendants from Ethiad Airlines were very friendly.

Vancouver Marathon Man
Adam Campbell led out the Vancouver marathon last weekend for the first 16km, pretty impressive for a skinny wee man. He managed to hang onto second overall in a race that features over 16,000 people….what a rush! Way to go Adam!
