Yesterday we had the press conference for the Vancouver Half Ironman in July. It was an incredible day and the venue for this race is unreal! It is located in the Endowment lands in Vancouver on the most spectacular beach. The best part of the day was meeting some Olympic dudes from rowing and speed skating. Exciting meeting the Speed Skaters as they head into 2010. We had a fun tug-o-war on the beach that I won.
